Cathy is a Personal Life coach who holds an unconditional positive regard for each person that creates an inviting environment for learning, discussing and experimenting as each of her clients grow to find their unlimited potential. Her coaching approach includes spiritual coaching, life planning and stress/depression management that allows individuals of all ages and walks of life to let go of old baggage, limits, and supports them to develop a strong personal foundation, a vision, and a life strategy that gives them satisfaction & fulfillment.

Professional Experience

Before coaching professionally, Cathy taught 5th-6th grade for 5 years, teaching both in and out of the classroom. She has coached clients and small groups from all around the world for the past 6 years in her private practice as well as coaching for The Midwest Center in Ohio. Her practice includes a client base of coaches, professionals, people in transition and small business owners. Cathy is committed to maintaining high standards with the coaching profession. For the past 3 years she has been training at Coach U to receive her Master Coaching and Mentor Coaching Certification.

Personal Philosophy

Cathy believes that each person has an amazing potential within themselves. She believes in listening, artful questioning, identifying strengths and limiting believes, and an attitude of acceptance, being present, and trusting the client as his/her own window to their success.
